    We hereby inform you that the data controller of your personal information provided in the form will be JJPM sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (04-940), ul. Rzeczycka 26. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of taking actions resulting from your request indicated in the form. More information about the processing of personal data:

    1. Your personal data, including name, email address, and personal data collected earlier by JJPM sp. z o.o. in connection with the contract related to the complaint/notification, will be processed:

    a) based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") - when the complaint/notification is submitted based on the provided quality guarantee;

    b) based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – in connection with the legitimate interest of the personal data controller in order to consider other categories of complaints and notifications.

    2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to consider the complaint/notification.

    3. Your personal data will be processed during the consideration of the complaint/notification and after its consideration, but no longer than until the expiration of claims that may arise in connection with the reported request.

    4. Recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to JJPM sp. z o.o., including IT service providers, hosting services, legal services, and the distributor from whom you directly purchased the product subject to the complaint/notification.

    5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization within the meaning of the GDPR.

    6. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request their correction, deletion, or limitation of processing, as well as, if the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

    7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
